There are many companies that attempt to manufacture Visco-elastic memory foam. One reason is that foam cannot be patented, so many attempts can be made. But very few companies can meet the standards of a tried and true product like Celsius.
Many factors go into the making of memory foam, there are many specific chemicals that go into the processing of manufacturing memory foam. Most companies have to use poorly supervised manufacturing plants and use cheap and sometimes harmful alternative chemicals. This will lead to inconsistencies in foam and delivers a poor product. The process is timely, intense, and costly.
Celsius utilizes a timely, and intensely supervised process. Once the product has been mixed in huge vats and is ready for the "curing" process (which is the key to this hole process of a quality foam) then the curing process must be properly monitored for perfect Temperature control, Barometric pressure, and a sterile environment. In the initial curing center our agents are required to wear masks to maintain perfect adherence to our standards. All of these elements are critical in the proper manufacturing of quality foam.
Again, as you can see by the pictures, this is not an easy process which is why Celsius has been awarded an A+ with the Better Business Bureau.
Celsius also has passed the Bureau of Home Furnishings and Thermal Insulation CPSC 16 Part 1633 Flammability Tests on all of our mattresses. This is the most rigorous burn test in the industry and Celsius in a leader in this safety feature.
Celsius mattresses also comes with the same 20 year limited warranty seen with Tempurpedic. The one main difference is that we do not require that you buy "OUR" base foundation to receive the warranty. Tempurpedic requires this buy. This again proves the higher quality of base foam we use. You can place our mattresses on slat beds, particle boards, other foundations, even the floor, because we use an exclusive "White Water Lilly" base foam...also our mattresses breath much easier, eliminating any cause for slight over heating some customers have complained about with our competitors. (It also reduces your cost in the end).

One other note...we have now developed a method to compress our mattresses to a fraction of original size. We shrink wrap them for easy transport, and easier to maneuver into your home and around sharp corners inherent in many homes. Once unsealed our mattress takes approximately 1 hour to get to about 80% and another 4 hous to get to full size for your enjoyment.
